Management Structure
 

The Project is leaded by the Turkish Confederation of Employer Associations (TİSK). The Project will continue to cooperate with the existing partners in the second phase by an additional of two new Partner EO’s. The status of IOE will change from being partner to associate.


Project Partners:

-The International Organization of Employers (IOE)
-Croatian Employers Association (CEA)
-Business Confederation Macedonia (BCM)
-Montenegrin Employers Federation (MEF)
-National Council of Small and Medium Sized Private Enterprises in Romania (CNIPMMR)

Second Phase New Partners:

-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI
-Serbian Association of Employers (SAE)

Associate:

-The International Organization of Employers (IOE)

 
Project Operating Structure
 

Project Steering Committee (PSC):The Project Steering Committee (PSC) is comprised of one member from each Partner and the Project Coordinator (PC). PSC is responsible for the management of the project at policy level.

 

The Project Implementation Team (PIT):The Project Implementation Team (PIT) is comprised of one Manager and one Contact Person (CP) and is responsible for the management of the project at technical level. Each Partner established their own PIT.


FIRST PHASE

SECOND PHASE

National Task Force (NTF): National Task Force (NTF) was comprised of 4 technical staff in relevant member organization. Each Partner established their own NTF and NTF staff became the core staff in creating the CSR policy of the relevant EO.
Formators: Formators was comprised of twenty staff from member organizations of Partners.

 National Reporting Team (NRT): National Reporting Team (NRT) will be comprised of 2 technical staff in relevant member organization. Each Partner will establish their own NTF and NTF staff will then become the core staff in creating the SR policy of the relevant EO.
Reporting Experts on Sectors (RES)
: Reporting Experts on Sectors (RES) will be comprised of 14 staff from member organizations of Partner EO’s. Each Partner will select the 14 RESs via their PITs.
