Activities are established under 4 different work packages:
Work Package V: Review on current situation regarding sustainability reporting in partner countries;

1. Defining review on sustainability reporting framework
2. Conducting national review study on sustainability reporting in 7 partner countries and reporting
3. Organizing round table discussion on country findings and general outline of CSR-sustainability reporting support package

Work Package VI: Designing and Implementing of CSR-Sustainability reporting Capacity Building Support Package

1. Designing CSR-Sustainability reporting support  package based on the outcomes of national reviews and round table discussion
2. Establishing and Training of National Report Team (NRT) in 7 partner EO’s
3. Developing “EOs Handbook to Guide Enterprises in Sustainability Reporting”                                                                                                                     

Work Package VII: Enhancement Capacity, Awareness Raising and Dissemination of Sustainability reporting Information

1. Training of RESs from sub-organizations in Partner EO’s
2. Awareness raising of enterprises in 7 partner countries on CSR sustainability reporting <br/>
3. Organizing National and Dissemination Conferences in 7 partner countries

Work Package VIII: Visibility and Dissemination Activities

1. Revising the Communication and Dissemination Strategy;
2. Developing Visibility Materials;
3. Organizing Project Kick-off Meetings in Serbia and Bulgaria (co-applicants)
4. Participation in Mid Term Conference in Montenegro;

3. Training of National-TFs from 5 partner countries
4. Defining selection criteria at local level and select CSR best practices in 5 partner countries by National-TFs
5. Developing “EOs Handbook to Guide Enterprises in CSR”

Work Package III: Enhancing Capacity, Awareness Raising and Dissemination

1. Training of formators from sub-organizations in 5 partner EO’s
2. Organizing of awareness raising seminars for enterprises in 5 partner countries
3. Organizing national conferences

Work Package IV: Visibility and Dissemination Activities

1. Identifying a Communication and Dissemination Strategy
2. Developing Visibility Materials
3. Developing the Project Website
4. Participating in Opening Conference (Croatia)
